One of the brilliant spot in Dubai, an absolute Paradise for Architectures and designers.
Everything is a piece of art
The place is neat and spectacular.
Most of the buildings are designed by world's top Architectures and Designers.
You can see the shooting location of Music album Thunder by Imagine dragons.

I have visited the client's office, in the design district. The location is good, and attractive Business communities for retail and design brands. It's slightly remote, a silent Business area with surrounding a beautiful lake, and big parking. But it gives attraction to upper-class A business community. After Business hours the life of that area is purely dead, with no other activities, and no residential apartments. It's mandatory for you that you must have your car and transport for commuting in this area.

Getting into Dubai Design District was the only thing makes me bad. It was a saturday there was no frequent bus service . I have to take a taxi to get there and as same to get to back. I have taken a taxi. I was totally amazed of the big brands fashion store . If you are intrested in fashion ,modelling , Art , Interior Design , these type of stuff then you must visit to this place . This place is devoted for the fashion
Industry ,professional design and house design studios. and there are a lot of cafes and cusines.

It’s a hidden gem of Dubai by all means, unique architecture of its buildings, vibrant crowd of professionals working in offices there and good parking and leisure facilities make this place standout from rest of the city. Tennis & basket ball courts, table tennis, dedicated area for music and jog or walk all along the creek side adds into the serenity of this place. One can spot a large majority of young lot at different coffee shops and other hang outs. It’s really a good place to be

This place has got good vibes. They keep on hosting Fantastic events and all the big retailers have their head offices in D3 like Chaloub, Sephora, adidas and some regional designers also.
Easy access. And if you are a foodie it’s has got good options.
