Requested for disconnection 3 times in 2 months and they kept increasing the final bill all the time. Finally 4th time they disconnected and deducted most of the security deposit. Worst service.

If there is less than one star definitely it will be my rating for DEWA. Unfortunately, I’m forced as a consumer to deal with DEWA. It has been more than a week and I’m still waiting to activate the electricity&water service in my villa. They have linked my Emirates ID with someone’s else name by accident. Hence, I’m unable to create any account with my Emirates ID and I can’t use the service. I’m still staying at the hotel while I have a villa without electricity & water!!!!!!
