I would like to request you why not on time 53 bus most of time...
Only sometime on time ..
And after 11pm there is so long gap like 1hour we have to wait.
All bus are passing on time every 20/30 minutes but only 53 1hour??
And every time we are too much people inside bus ???? small we have to go buy standing until red zone ...if possible can change big bus ????. Or make timming gap like atleast 30minutes. Thanks.

Great service - happy to deliver a small order to my slightly awkward allotment, cracking driver, all very easy. Great product and also turned out to be cheaper on delivery than I was quoted. I'll definitely buy from Henshaws again.

I just received a delivery from Henshaw's. I couldn't be happier. The wood is excellent quality. Also nice and dry and they cut it to size. Great price too compared to others. This will be the first "go to" place for wood in future.

If ordering online - AVOID. Bought from them twice on Amazon, both times I order 2x items, each time only delivered 1x time and claimed the other was “lost”. Same thing happened on two separate occasions, spaced 3 months apart. Emailed numerous times, would only get a reply to every third email - then said replacement had been sent, then ignored further emails, then 2 weeks later said they haven’t sent it. I also phoned up 2 or 3 times, apparently online orders are not handled directly at the unit, however never heard back from them again. Held me up completing a project by 2 months. Had to claim refunds through Amazon both times.

I’m sure for walk ins, there an OK builders merchants. But this don’t excuse the very poor service received.

Fantastic service. Henshaw went out of their way to supply the fencing we needed to enable us to operate the work our church does with young families in our community in a Covid safe way. They couldn't have been more helpful and a fast delivery despite us being near Bristol.

Ordered paint from here. Absolutely gipping service. Supposed to take 3 days to arrive and it has already been 3 Weeks. If you need something quickly from here I'd suggest driving there, slapping the manager in the face, and then buying the item from somewhere else. Like B&Q.

Ordered two tubes of sealant on Monday, arrived by Hermes on Friday, not bad during a global pandemic. On the other hand the Tetrion filler which I ordered from another supplier, 3 days before I ordered this from Henshaw/Eaker, still hasn't turned up even though it was supposed to be here days ago. Last time I dropped a Salvation Army trailer opposite their entrance (March 2020) the sign definitely said Henshaw, but my product says it was dispatched by Eaker Build. The address is exactly the same so I'm assuming it's the same people. Would definitely use again.
