The instructions that they shared were not that clear and that ended up me "murdering" off 3 of the plants I purchased. I even researched the care on YouTube, but the deed was done.
They have some pretty looking hybrid plants, but they don't stay alive for much longer and are not perennial.
Also, the pots that they sell are too costly, 59 AED for a small pot.

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. All the staff are always upset and in a bad mood. They don’t even have passion or knowledge of plants care.
I took my small plant to transfer it to a bigger pot but unfortunately it looks like they did it in a wrong way and it was dead the next day. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
I recommend everyone to visit the shop just next to them, their staff are supper friendly and helpful.
… You have ignored the part where I mentioned that your staff are so unfriendly and you were only bothered by the part where I mentioned the shop name just next to you.
No worries I will remove the shop name :)
But the least you could say is (sorry)!! I’m a customer at the end.
I didn’t go back to your shop because as I said I was not happy with your customer service and I knew it will be a waste of time. ( you should investigate with that before sending me this reply which will definitely make me not come back to your shop in the future)

Conveniently located on Sheikh Zayed Road you can walk amongst an array of common to exotic and rare plants. Take a break and have a snack, brunch or lunch at their in-store cafe, Harvest, that has a "greenhouse" like ambience. Food is good. Internet is available. A nice spot to also come in on the weekend with a book to read.

It is a mist visit if you love plants and/or have a garden I can guarantee you that you will not walk out empty handed! After or during the shopping I recommend to have a coffee at the in house cafe : Harvest & Co
