Very poor service. Out of 4 counters only one is working. The worst part is the bank manager chilling inside the office with 15people waiting outside waiting for their turn. He could've come outside to serve on one of the counters.
The Teller no.22 scrolling instagram while counting money and doing important stuff. Its funny.

Very bad branch service, i went yesterday to open an account, i was looking for parking for 20 minutes, once i got in it was 12:55, they told me that bank will close at 2 and account open will close at 1 PM, the Indian receptionist asked me to meet the manager to ask him if he can excuse me and open account for me, once i asked the manager he told me you open it online( if i want to open it online why i came to the bank)???? I tried with him but he was refusing bad way, he dont know anything about customer services.I hated the bank because of him.

My suggestion go to any brach except this branch

Poor branch management system. Today 17.02.2023 8.00am. I visited only one customer service staff available and once my token NUM camera they are telling bank manager not available and they are telling we don't know when manager will come.

The guy here he is taking to much time just one person to handle the customer ? We are waiting from one hour we don't have that much time time to wait here ????

Dubai Islamic Bank [in shortcut DIB], this branch located in Burlington Tower in the ground floor, you can do all kind of services here in this branch, and usually it’s not crowded.
You can use also the ATM machines for depositing and withdrawing also as well.
In general, Dubai Islamic Bank one of the best islamic banks here in Uae.

Only 1 counter working the other lady (trainiee i guess ) on her personal mobile infront of customers ( atleast go somewhere to attend the call ). Very long waiting time which resulted me paying extra money for the parking in the parking building next to branch. If it wasnt for my Home loan i would left this bank long time ago also i wish DIB sees these comments :)

They don't have Ayaan service here. Queue time is not reasonable because they have four customer service desk, but only one desk is operational !!.
I waited for one customer for more than 15 minutes, and then left the branch. The disappointing thing that they don't even care !!

One branch where customer service is considered important. The branch manager Mr. Ahmed is a gem. Really happy with the service.
