But some staff always talking on their mobile phones and not giving properly attention at their work ???? but anyway rest of things are great ????

I requested for my cheque to be released last March 26 2023. I even tried to visit the head office but the guy who handles cheque release is not accommodating does not even answer simple question. It’s already July 2023 I even tried talking to their customer support online no one tried to get back to me. All the fees to follow up on my cheque has been paid thru al adheed.

Most of the staff are very helpful, specially if you meet someone beyond the counters as they have full access to information and cases.
The online system is also good but sometimes takes a lot of time

Worse system of uae court including al ahdeed all set up is only for taking money not for justice and cant expect justise from uae court its desighns only for giving favour to companies owner not employer no justice in uae that is the reason now earthquakes are coming and more will come inshaAllah never ever go to court my suggestiin is for every one try to solve your issue by your own because court of uae only for wasting of time and not fair system you will spend all your money waste your time and they give you only dates what ever you have food or not you have money or not you have accoumodation or not some one die from your family they dont care for anything they dont have hearts only stones they have i pray ALLAH PUNISHED all those who are not doing justice they will suffer same ways the ways we are suffring inshaAllah..stay away guys from uae court you get nothing no justice here dnt waste your time and money..
