Went to buy PULL sticker, not available, the counter person advised to make print. Unfortunately unskilled person not ready to listen. Printer on his OWN way, when i informed the counter ready to pay and not need of product, they does not even have the courtesy to correct. Collected the amount and worst printed sticker… Unprofessional and unethical staffs

This is a standard place for all school stationaries.This is not a crowded area..When we get any projects or assignments from school no need to worry.Everything is available here.The price is little bit high.The quality of the product is superior.

i really disappointed from one of the staff named Mahmoud Daif and I'm not sure about if the spilling of his name correct or no however i went there at 10:20pm and i step in to the shop and the team was willing to assist me except this man and i do believe he is supervisor, and he totally refused to help my to print out my document witch is very important to me because he want to go home what kind of shame staff are working there

Unhelpful and unresponsive staff, when inquired to check for availability on other stores they mentioned "whatever is their is only there"

I was in urgent need of a UAE flag. I called the branch over 20 times; no one ever answered the call. I called the head office and they informed me that the Arabian Center branch has UAE flags in stock. When I got to the store about five salesmen and the cashier / manager insisted that they didn’t have any flags. I argued for over five minutes to them denying having them in stock and laughed when I said I was told by the head office that they were available. The reason I didn’t leave a one star review is because finally one sales person decided to search instead of arguing and indeed found the flags for me. The was the only one who wasn’t rude, ignorant or lazy but knew his job and had customer service skills. Sadly, there was only one competent person in an empty store full of sales people sitting around doing nothing.
