I recently tried to book a flight with this agency and the customer service was extremely poor. Whenever I tried to reach out to them, the agent was not available and did not respond in a timely manner. Even though their prices are competitive, the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone booking a flight with this agency.

Their dealing system is not good. After giving the service for their client, extra payment due it's been three months already. And more thn that they are not responding even.

People at Dubai Link are professional, nice, and so understanding. I booked a hotel suite for me and my family last weekend. What they said about the hotel the agent recommended for us was precise. It’s true I paid more, but I paid it in the right place because my wife and kids loved it more than any place we booked elsewhere. I am confident I got what I paid for.

I have good personal experience, they helped me to organize trip to Georgia with excellent quality service. Prices are cheap compare to other travel agency .
