Members only club on the water with good food and a great setting. Also has private beach. Lenny of water sport options to choose from and quite an extensive training programme on dinghy’s and cruisers.

The place is very good for entertainment and fun, but the place is not suitable for families

Great food. Great atmosphere. Cannot fault it and amazing setting. We go every week and the waiters are very attentive and friendly. Recommend!

Bloody magical place, they let me stay here during covid, and I must say, you don’t get that sort of hospitality at any restaurant. I must say, disappointing that they got rid of the sweet and sour cauliflower! Honestly I miss that so much, I would do anything to get that back on the menu… I would give anything, I would pay any price, I would fight any fight needed to get that sweet sweet cauliflower goodness back in my face… please help and join with me to fight the good fight!

Distractingly strict membership policy that makes it difficult to even join a member there for lunch. The view is lovely, but the food was very average bar food at the cafe.
The buildings are showing their age and bathrooms were in need of a tidy up when I was there.
I didn't sail, so cannot comment on that experience. I imagine that might be better than my lunch.

Fantastic family friendly private club for sailing lovers in Dubai. Membership is necessary. Highly recommend if you love sailing. It is one of the oldest private clubs in Dubai. A great community feel.

The sailing club itself is nice, but it is very cliquey. Personally I sail quite alot and am very avid as a sailor but here it was quite interesting as everyone was trying to prove they were of a higher pedigree or something , for example I had a lovely conversation about not being a real sailor because none of my parents were sailors and I in turn had no real history of sailing due to that, I dont know but it just seemed very competitive, more so than any other club I have been to. Atleast they have beer and the food is decent I suppose, and also the experience of sailing itself is great here, lots of open water and brilliant views of the city itself from the water.
