Evidently something must have changed from the time of earlier reviews since I had a very positive experience.

I was able to get my move-in permit very quickly over a couple days of emails, and even get phone support on my initial call attempt regarding a change of dates.
I was able to get (purchase) access cards on my first visit to the office, which didn’t take too long and the person helping me was amiable too.

Even the building security managed to fix a small leak and clear out some discarded supplies in the common and service areas (Sadaf 7).

Maybe they’re in a good mood after Eid, but after repeated exchanges with the team here, it seems they’re just good in general.
Of course it helps to have all documents ready and all dues cleared as well.

The community management team dont care about anything you complain about. they dont care to respond to the complain for easily 72 hours.

Most of the buildings in JBR smell like sewers, random cars park anywhere even if its not their spot, insects are everywhere in the parking area, rats are entering the vehicles.

i say if you have any issues, approach the relevant government authority better. they will entertain you much faster and better than the community management office of JBR.

Worst customer service and most useless management company in the world. Literally useless! They are not here to help. Their security staff are a joke. Never rent or buy a property managed by Dubai Property Holdings. Worst company ever.

Absolutely horrific customer service.
DAM is the most ridiculously bad organized asset management company I’ve ever had to deal with.
We are homeowners but it seriously gets annoying to live here. Blocking our cards for no reason. Be sure that you have to jump through multiple hoops in order to activate it back. If you’re calling the DAM customer service, be sure to get the wrong information, so that when you go in person (with all the documents) to the service center to activate the cards, which is only open at ridiculous timings ( some counters until 3pm), they’ll send you home because you didn’t have the full information. Then be sure when you call another time you’ll get a complete different information. As if our service charges wouldn’t be high enough … I would not expect this service from such place. Of course reactivating of our cards is chargeable.

I have no idea what they do with all the money they get from us homeowners as it’s definitely not invested into the community. Everything is worn down. I’m really really annoyed by DAM. But it won’t matter… they don’t care at all about us.

AWFUL. Windows cleaned one time in 15 months and still waiting. Unresponsive to emails. Long lines if you go to the office. They deactivate the access cards randomly then ask for money. We now have no access to the pool/gym and buzz to get in as we refuse to contribute any more. You would think our rent covers building access! Also, if a neighbor wants to blast music, drill at unsociable hours, threatens security, management do nothing.
We are renting but looking to buy. We would not consider buying in a sadaf building.

The community management is a disaster. You pay a huge amount of money on yearly fees and everything smells terrible bad, the windows are not cleaned, leakage from the general pipes into the apartments, multiple sharing apartments without any permit... it is horrific to live in this community.

Everything is extremely slow, I waited more than a week just to reactivate the access cards (still not active). Also, some of the security is rude, they were seeing me carrying my baby and they didn't want to open the door because my card was not active... I like the community and the location, but please check our feedbacks and the overall rating, don't ruin this for all of us...fix this issue and let us enjoy the community.

Poor management. Cost savings reduces the rating of the neighborhood. Windows cleaning reduced to once a year, immediately followed by the building facade cleaning which return all the dust to the windows. Who's limited mind idea was to do that in this order?! The Management is very difficult to reach, so decided to provide poor public review for your services.
