1) We just back from Dubai (31/12/200 - 7/1/2023). Safari Dune Bashing Driver Sohail was not bad in his driving skill and helpful. What we disappointed was the "Premium" BBQ Buffet Dinner, we thought we can eat and sit while enjoying the belly dance. The real situation was not like this, we were seated at far and need to queue and grabbed our food with crowd. This type of buffet cant be graded as "PREMIUM"!

2) Riding on Camel should be done on desert during sunset then photo will be nice, but this was arrange to be walked around outside the BBQ buffet area near car park. This broken my camel riding dream in the desert.

3) Sand Boarding also not included as stated. We felt like we were cheated.

4) Discover The Heritage & Modern Attractions Of Dubai was very rush too because pick us up late and skipped certain places.

5) Beside the above, the Aquarium visit also did not tell us earlier that we need to queue up to get the ticket even though we had bought online, it was wasting of time. Suppose online ticket bought earlier is to skip queue, now ended up wasted in the queue. We have to rush because next we have to go for boat riding at Dubai Downtown.

6) The Abu Dhabi Guide (Sanny) was ok, at least he brought us around nicely with telling us the histories...etc

7) We are very confused and mess with the drivers because almost everyday we get a different driver. During night time only driver info were sent to us for communication.

7) The airport transfer driver was good.

Overall, we hope your company can improve based on our feedback, else it hard for us to recommend our friends to engage with you again in the future.

Took the service but unfortunately they are just selling you everything and not committed to what they deal. They contract you and then sub contract with SkyLand and then use Jannat Camps. During the time after you pay they will never listen to you and then they dont provide all services which they say at the beginning. There is no dune bashing at all. They pick you and drop you in camp which is 2 min drive or less. They dont provide sand boarding. They dont have any vip services where they charge you 50aed extra. The vip is only 2nd floor seating and rest everything is normal.

They dont listen to you and food is so so basic and dont even worth eating. And at the end there is only 2 vehicles to drop you off the camp. And it takes hours and hours to stand in queue and they don’t answer phones either. You cant even find any staff after they took money. Henna is not free and tea is never served even in VIP. I regret using Arabian and please avoid using them as they lie in everything.

I want to leave a review about our trip. Great tour, I advise everyone to visit it. Separately, I would like to thank the driver, as well as the cheerful person Hassan. He will always tell something interesting, take cool photos.

Great Service. Special thanks to Mr. Imran for continuous support from Home pickup till drop. True value of money. Excellent Dune Bashing by very experienced Mr. Riaz. Followed by Starters, impressive shows & buffet dinner. Camel ride, Hookah & Drinks also included in package. Highly recommended.

We loved the ride! The driver Arhum was very nice and polite during the whole tour! We had so much fun! My son enjoyed the Safari Ride.

Hassan our guide was amazing. We enjoyed our trip very much. Particularly the dune bashing and ATV. Camp activities were also cool. Particularly the camel ride. Food was delicious too. 100% worth going.

New parking system is poor, you can use coins, which no one carries anymore, can't pay by contactless on machine, you have to scan code then add your payment card which I find a real pain specially if no Internet in underground carpark, as for fee's it to expensive when there are cheaper parking areas.

Convenient for some, but overpriced and if your mobility is impaired there is nothing else close. The shopping isn't worth it anyway.

Keep on changing who manages the car park had an account with the previous company as I had better rates through my company but changed it completely irrelevant signing up might as well just park else where

Paid £1 parking and it wouldn't register or give the £1 back. Had to pay again making it very pricey for less than an hour! Then as we walked into the car park all the lights turned off. If I'd be on my own I'd have been freaked out. Briefly came back on only to go off again! The other end was lit up the whole time!

Disappointing to find the new system doesn't take contactless payments. The alternative options aren't great for your average shopper either. Cash- Increasingly people aren't carrying cash and the phone linked sign-up option seem to be for people who use that carpark regularly and don't mind their parking fees disappearing out of their bank account without them being able to check the amount first. Why make it so complicated when most other carparks across the country keep it simple. Cash or card!

Popped into Marks & Spencers and returned after 37 minutes and had to pay £2... used to be 80p for less than an hour.
Will now use Council car park across the road which is FREE after 11am...thank you Wrexham Council

Getting my disability van in was a tight squeeze. Pay machine was stressful, confusing and didn't recognise my number plate or vehicle. Shops missing and empty, such a shame
