The receptionist are very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. However, the some of the doctors lack empathy, care and I really don't understand how they are doctors.

I believe there has been some change in doctors because it wasn't this way before.
Feel very disappointed ????

Have really gone downhill. Never see the same GP, every one tells me different things, stop the medicine, then the ne t says, no you need to up the medicine , the another says your on the wrong medicine!!! Oh and they forgot to inform me my blood results came back Pre Diabetic.. when called I was told blood results are normal. 6 months later when seeing the nurse she says as your Pre Diabetic you should be doing this and that. I said this is this is the first time I found out!!! Very very poor , even the Nurse was shocked.

I have only recently joined this surgery. A totally new and refreshing experience after the culture of my last local doctor's practice. The receptionists are kind and helpful, listening to you and not treating you like an inconvenience. I met Sue the nurse today and she was so helpful and knowledgeable, able to amend and send my prescriptions to go to a local chemist and also very gentle when examining me. I used to dread any contact with my last doctor's surgery, now I feel confident that my health is in more caring and efficient hands.

Wonderful service. Lovely receptionists, easy to get through on the phone and get an appointment with the Dr and nurse. All my enquiries were answered and looked into. Thank you.

My family and I have used this surgery for many years and we have all had to leave and move elsewhere. Recently I spoke to a new receptionist, she was talking over me not listening even though it was an emergency and refused to help threatening to hang up the call when I raised my voice to try to speak over her interrupting me. My mum also had a bad experience with this lady who does not help nor care. I wrote a complaint on my prescription renewal form and this has been completely ignored. Previous receptionist were able to help me and did not make me come in to the surgery whilst extremely unwell. The receptionists are absolutely useless and very rude. I genuinely felt upset by the treatment I received from them. Strongly urge anyone considering going here to look elsewhere. Such a shame and now I have to travel further to go to a different GP

Seems when appointment is given and that too in morning, people shouldnt be waiting for 45+ mins to see a doctor.
Always feel like fighting a war just to get an appointment in morning.
Very poor experience ????

My experience overall of the recent health care system has been frustrating. After 2 weeks of discomfort, calls with Drs and a face-face with a pediatric Dr we have finally found a resolution thanks to Dr Patel. It took for me to stand at the Beeches Surgery reception and beg for help for my 17month old Daughter.
No face-face was offered, only a call with a Dr, whom prescribed 'talk to a Health Visitor'
A pediatric Dr who prescribed a toxic chemical that should never of been applied to a babys skin.
Dr Patel came to the rescue.... She instantly diagnosed the condition, she reassured me that we will find a solution, she made me feel like I was doing the right things. And, after less than 12hrs following treatment, I have my baby back!

This was once a very good surgery. I recently enrolled again having moved back to the area. I reiterate many other reviews saying it has gone down hill, to the point of reaching rock bottom. They have consistently made mistake after mistake and don’t appear to even be able to issue repeat prescriptions correctly or competently. Absolutely shocking that the basics of healthcare are not practiced.
It grieves me say that I strongly advise anyone to avoid this surgery. The late and sorely missed Dr Froley would turn in his grave!
