Alex picks up my boy for the school run. He’s timely and always cheerful. My boy enjoys the trip and Alex shows a genuine interest in keeping the journey fun. I highly recommend him.

We needed taxis for 30 people and after fighting down the phone with other taxi companies in Newark ( yellow cabs mainly) trying to make it happen Jacob and his crew were more than happy to take on the job! I couldn’t recommend this taxi service more if I tried. All were very polite, organised, friendly and clean! We will be using Rio cabs again.

We had the best experience with Jacob, he picked us up from a festival which was chaos trying to find each other in the dark with thousands of other people around! However he stuck with us and waited for us and was so helpful and friendly throughout. Cash only but dropped us at an ATM. Amazing service, couldn’t recommend him enough, we will definitely be booking again next time we need a lift!

5-star service for Rio Cabs Newark. Clean cars, with excellent on-time rides. No waiting around. Would definitely recommend this service to others. Extremely polite and helpful drivers. Excellent and outstanding customer service.

Fantastic service, operator was very friendly and polite. Driver gave impeccable service helping with luggage, seat belt and doors. So friendly and quick to get me from location to location. I’d recommend fully!

Booked on day required. Telephonist very helpful when taking booking. Driver arrived 5 minutes early and gave us a great drive to our destination, pointing out interesting things/landmarks along the way. Would recommend and would certainly use again. Thankyou

We have used this firm for several years to hit my daughter to and from College both here and in Grantham.
They are always really helpful, the owner especially so, and they have never let us down. They even manage to help us out when hours change unexpectedly and we can’t give them any warning.
I would recommend them to anyone!
