Bad, old building, bad management, housing are expensive and AC is not well isolated.

My friend lives here and the view overlooking the SZR is simply amazing and worth capturing. Also security is top notch.

Not well maintained (even if it's not the fault of the current maintenance company) and every time the neighbors cook or smoke, the smell permeates my apartment. The location is irritating as you have to either sit in traffic caused by the Four Points Sheraton other else do a big loop to get to the parking. The parking is shared with Miyabi restaurant and staff there are so slow to open so, as a resident, you sit behind Miyabi customers for ages. Wouldn't recommend living here, honestly (which is why I'm moving).
