I booked an appointment at 9am, there was lots of traffic so i reached 915. I waiting for more than 45 mins to get called. When i told the gentleman that why all this wait, the lady on the reception called the gentleman and told him he came 930 hes too late. Which was very unprofessional. The gentleman on the other hand was professional and very polite. Service was done within the day. I hope this delay doesn’t happen the next time, as i heard a lot about it from other clients of Dynatrade.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent service I received for my Lexus NX300. Despite requesting a major service, I was shocked to discover that the cabin air filter was not changed, which is a basic and essential part of the service. This level of negligence and carelessness is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the competence and professionalism of the service provider. As a loyal customer, I expect a thorough and comprehensive service, and this blatant oversight has left me questioning the quality of their work. I demand immediate rectification of this issue and a reassurance that such lapses will not happen again in the future.
Absolutely not recommended for anyone to do any work with this garage. It even happened with my land cruiser before and the only excuse was an apology

Have gone to this car service/repair shop a couple of times and always had a good experience. Their staff is courteous, professional, and looks out for the client’s best interest.

I took an older car in for service and although they gave me a quote for 30K (mostly for parts rather than labour), the service advisor was also transparent about whether I would be better off looking at other alternatives.

Recommended for their customer-focus.

Thea was very helpful in getting me the right requirements and got me a good service package. She also makes sure to update you once the car is ready, and conveys all your queries to the mechanics. I’m sure the other guys are nice too. Very glad to be servicing with Dynatrade.

I had a serious emergency with my car, I came her to add oil to my car, they said that I have to take my 10 years old range rover to the official dealer.
Extremely rude receptionist!
