I recently encountered an issue with my car's AC compressor, and I must take a moment to commend Alex and the team at Dynatrade for their exceptional service. Not only did they quickly identify and fix the problem, but when the issue resurfaced just a day later, they wasted no time in getting to the root of it.

Even though my car is a 2014 model and a necessary part was not readily available, Alex took complete ownership of the situation. His dedication to finding a solution led him to arrange the required part from the used market. Throughout the process, he was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to my needs.

I have been a loyal customer of Dynatrade for some time, trusting them with parts and service. But now, with Alex's unparalleled commitment to resolving my problem, I'm further reassured of their dedication to customer satisfaction. 1. Given for service, asked to fix the issue and not done.
2. When went for picking up my car, made me wait for more than 30 mins and attended customers visited before me.
3. Service executive confirmed me to call back for the estimate, not called back till now.

When it comes to car repair service, it can be difficult to find a trustworthy and reliable service station. However, my experience at a particular car repair service station exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two customer service representatives, Bajeel and Vishnu, who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Bajeel and Vishnu took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the issues with my car. They provided me with a detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done, and they even offered me a loaner car so that I wouldn't be without transportation while my car was being repaired.

Throughout the entire repair process, Bajeel and Vishnu kept me informed and updated on the progress of the work. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and they even went above and beyond by identifying and fixing a few additional issues that they noticed while working on my car.

When I picked up my car, it was running like new. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the price was very reasonable. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided by Bajeel and Vishnu, and I would highly recommend this car repair service station to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy car repairs.

Overall, my experience at this car repair service station was excellent. Worst customer service ever, the paint wasn’t matching at all, and they didn’t fix my issue. I tried with the management they kept delaying me I don’t recommend at all.
