UPDATE:
After a smooth rent process, agent Majida completely ghosted me when I found a maintenance issue in the apartment. Very disappointed and its been more than a month now on my repair request (build in shower floor issue) and since then I have not solve it and been living with flooded shower floor after every use.

I had the pleasure of working with Majida, she is amazing agent when I was on the hunt for a new place, and I can't recommend her enough! Seriously, she's the great. First off, her taste in apartment furniture is on point. She knows how to pick pieces that bring out the best in a space!

But it's not just about the furniture.. This agent is super helpful and lightning-fast when it comes to responding to messages. Seriously, I never had to wait long for a reply, and she always had the answers to my questions. Plus, she worked her magic and sealed the deal in no time. I was impressed by how efficiently she handled all the paperwork and negotiations, making the whole process a breeze.

To sum it up, this agent is the real deal. Her taste is top-notch, she's incredibly helpful, and she gets things done in a flash. If you're on the lookout for a rockstar agent who will make your apartment dreams come true, look no further. I'm beyond grateful for her assistance and totally stoked about my new place. Ashley is one of the best agents you will ever come across. I have been in Dubai for 20 years and have come across so many agents within that time, however, Ashley was amongst the best! He was amazing at identifying our needs, patient and not pushy at all, extremely responsive, very knowledgeable and negotiated the deal for us perfectly! Never, until Ashley, have I come across an agent who called a week after the deal closed as an aftercare service to ask if everything is okay and if we need assistance with anything! You don’t need to look anywhere else. If you need a properly absolutely anywhere, Believe me, Ashley is your man!
