This building is Etisalat business centre . No idea why they call this building E-marine.
And if someone doesn't know this, there is no way you can find it on Google Maps.

Mid June and the undergrowth is bountiful! Would like a return trail further from the river to make it more varied, but after circling the lake/broad we passed through grazing fields for the horses and that too was worthwhile

Lovely walk following the river Yare from Eaton to UEA. Parked in a little car park just off Eaton St in Eaton just past the Waitrose car park. Good path to follow which seemed popular with runners and dog walkers. Also saw a few ducks and swans.

Lovely stroke on some good firm ground and well maintained walk-boards. Narrow paths open to wide corners and some interesting views of the river. A meandering walk with easy parking and nice views. Parking and entertaining this walk is easy from many points on the route. Sadly, typical council signage, we’re all supposed to know grid references of current locations? But it’s easy enough to simply follow the path. We joined in Eaton and walked through to UEA lake. Lovely views, friendly people. Be aware however, it asks for dogs on leads, especially within the UEA site, however there are lots of people that can’t seem to read!?

Great place to go if you fancy a wildlife filled walk. A good part of it is either boarded or laid with stone etc, so doesn't get too muddy in wet weather although wellies might be an idea in places. Dog friendly with plenty of access to the river with a bay, where dog can get in and out of the water easily if that's what they like.
There is also seating provided in places, and is a nice place to bring a flask & sandwich, if you have the time and just get away from everything for a while.
In the summer months the river is teaming with shoals of fish, and a slice or two of bread rolled into small balls can provide plenty of entertainment for children and adults alike. The walk continues all the way to the UEA lake and beyond. The lake is permit fishing only, but can be visited for free.

Pleasant walk between Cringleford and UEA. Bring your wellies if it's at all damp, as the walk is at river level. Small car park just past Waitrose on the right if approaching from Eaton (and on the left just before Waitrose........).

Great walk i really enjoy coming here although better when its dry as gets very muddy. Accessible parking available a hidden gem waiting to be discovered dogs love it here too.

Easy walk from Cringleford to the UEA, following the river. Can park at a small car park, or Morris ons opposite the start.
A good board walk in muddy areas
