Went here yesterday to buy our very first camera. Me and my wife was politely assisted by Mr. Aries from the camera section. It was actually my 2nd time inquiring from him, and both times he was very polite and informative - even sharing his personal insights which is actually very helpful. After we decided which one to buy, we were assisted in the cashier counter by Ms. MJ who explained to us our available payment options. The overall paying process was hassle free. They even provided seat for my pregnant wife which is a thoughtful gesture. Overall good experience

Excellent service , all the various options were explained so well to me. Fakhruddin made me feel extra special with my very own VIP sign. Very friendly service as well , I will definitely be back for more purchases

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Emax Dubai Mall store. I purchased a high-value laptop from the store, and was given a free laptop case and mouse as a complimentary gift, which was used to induce the sale. However, the quality of these items was very poor. The laptop case was made of cheap materials and was falling apart within a few days of use. The mouse was also very flimsy and did not work properly.

When I complained to the store about the quality of the complimentary items, I was told to come back to the store for a replacement. However, when I returned to the store after 45 minute journey, the manager refused to give me a replacement. When I complained about travelling to the store based on the information he had given me there was nothing he could do. I then said "at very least could I have discount on a laptop of similar or slightly higher value" he offered me 6 % which worked out to about 9 AED which is about USD 2.50.

I am very disappointed with the way that Emax handled this situation. I feel that I was misled by the store into believing that the complimentary items were of good quality. I also feel that the store manager's communication in the replacement was poor and ultimately the refusal to give me a replacement is very unfair and an absolute waste of my time.

I regret not buying the high value laptop from another store in Dubai Mall. Other stores in the mall offered better complimentary gifts, and their customer service was much better.I am not shopping there again.

The one star is for technical support the manager gave me when I had a common issue which should have been explained to me before I bought the product. The store manager's response to this complaint was "if we told people to expect software bugs in some of latest electronics, then customers will not buy"

I came here to explore the cameras and I met Tariq and he suggested me a very good camera and I am very much satisfied with the service. He is so good to describe the product and he is so passionate about his job. I will come back

Had the experience of visiting Emax Dubai Mall and Mr Ian helped me figure out the product that suited my requirements. Great customer service and marketing strategy. Got all these accessories for free.

Came here with my SO to get an S23 Ultra for her. They had the best prices and the best trade-in offer amongst all the other electronic stores there.

By chance, I had come in on the last day on the mobile sale. There were some excellent offers on ENBD cards, so I ended up getting an S23 Ultra for myself as well.

The staff member, Mary Jane, was incredibly patient and helped us transfer our data from the old phones to the new ones. Five stars to her for her patience, especially as it took hours for my data to transfer.

I bought S23 ultra and for my wife the P60. With a real warranty for 3 year advisable
