Very limited parking, but there is on road parking as long as you are respectful to residents. The staff were very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable ensuring that my son was capable of taking the boat out prior to setting off. Rates seemed to be very reasonable and luckily for us the weather was on our side. Dog friendly, and he even had his own cute little life jacket.

Very friendly staff, great teaching us how to use the boat and really good with the children too. We had a great day out on one of the picnic boats and the whole family enjoyed it. Well priced too which makes them stand out over the other boat hires available from horning. Will be using them again

Fantastic place to hire a boat from. The staff are brilliant, gave us lots of info on safety and where to go. Robbie was particularly helpful showing how to use the boat. They are both a credit to the company. Would highly recommend this company. Hired on 10/06/2023

Greeted with a smile. Very informative on arrival, absolutely brilliant service with kids. The boat was fantastic and clean.
Managed to potter around all day, had a great time!

Top class service, we hired Swift for our wedding, unfortunately the weather didn't play ball so our trip was delayed by a month, we got to take the trip yesterday, went to Ranworth and St Benets Abbey with wonderful Sasha as our skipper, the boat is beautiful, very quiet being electric, the weather was perfect and river not too busy, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and peaceful trip, we loved it. The customer service offered by this business is second to none, we can't recommend it highly enough and will certainly by returning for many more visits.

We had a clean and well equipped picnic boat. The staff where super friendly and knowledgeable in terms of getting us prepped and out on the water.

We visited while looking to hire a boat for the day. We were talked through their boats, given a map and had excellent service even before booking. After discussing with the rest of our party (of 6 +2 kids) we ended up booking at 7pm for the next day, no problem calling at that time. We had an excellent day out on a day boat, up to How Hill and down to Ranworth. The boat was clean and did the job, the handover was excellent.
The friendly service we received was outstanding, hence the 5* and great value for money as well (good weather helped, too!). I'd certainly recommend spending a day on the broads if you're deliberating it.
