I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality of service provided by your hotel and the unprofessional behavior of some of your staff members.
During my stay at your hotel, I encountered several issues that have left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. Firstly, the air conditioning in most of the rooms was very poor, leading to an uncomfortable stay. Secondly, the service quality was extremely poor, and I had to request assistance multiple times with no response or Unprofessional responses from your staff members.
Furthermore, the customer service that I received from your staff was unacceptable. They were rude and unprofessional in their approach, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
I would like to request that you take immediate action to address these issues and improve the quality of service provided by your hotel. I expect that your staff members should be trained to provide professional and friendly customer service to guests. Also, the air conditioning units should be thoroughly checked and maintained regularly to ensure that they work efficiently.

Location is not very convenient, it is near industry area so no nearby groceries, you have to travel to nearby hypermarkets however quality and variety is limited and aligned with locality demand. Hotel food is not very tasty and bit expensive what they serve.
Hotel doesn't provide work desk & chair, room fridge or electric kettle.
So to save time you have to stick with hotel restaurant and if you need to work either use tiny dressing table which was useless for me for it's height or go to coffee shop or stay on bed all the day.
