I had fish and chips which quite good and come with hamus, enough for one person.

First of all behind all this beautiful (food outlets)food kingdom there is one person hard work and vision.

But
now what’s happening ????

History has proven because one person.
Who’s that guy
The night shift manager
His behaving like street goons.

I am a regular customer
I always ordered 2 egg sandwiches and one avocado juice.
But one day I ordered same but they send 2 chicken shawarma okay first mistake
Second I ordered avocado juice plain
They gave me with lot of ice and sugar
Second mistake no problem

Third mistake I ordered veg birayani they send 2 egg sandwiches.
As a customer how many mistakes can i accept someone tell me please.
I spoke to manger politely and he is talking to me rude like goon’s behavior.
Instead my place some American or European or Arabic customer will be you treat them like me????
Ask about me I am regular customer in eat and drink Al Mina road, and mazya center.

First thing you guys teach them or train them how to talk to the customers.
Every human do mistakes but who will learn from the mistakes lessons they are become great people.

First mistake okay but second ,third , and continues who will lose employee or employer and next what will happen company will close and then lot people will lose their jobs, then country GDP go down, if country GDP go down what will happen next poverty rule you life.

So what next
You will do good treatment for virus it will not come again.
I hope the management take serious action about him.

Very nice food I always eat here ????

It's a very good restaurant that gives me a good feeling when I eat out there. My favorite grilled chicken that I have ever eaten is Chicken Charcoal

It was one of my favorite restaurants earlier in Dubai since 1997 . The food is delicious and so cheap.

Terrible place, rude staff, and they kicked us out saying that we had puppy with us ans will not serve food if we have a puppy, after waiting there for almost 20mins with my wife. Would never suggest this place to anyone else.
