I’ve been in Italy and almost at every corner you will find gelateria Venchi. It’s the best gelato I’ve ever tried in my life. However in Eataly I didn’t find any flavors that were served in Italy gelaterias. It was ok but nothing special pretty basic flavors, limited variety.

This was an unplanned visit that turned out to be a pleasant experience.
We came with a bunch a nuts allergies and the server, Osama, was very diligent in sharing the recommendations from the menu as to which ones will be more suitable for us.
Even the chef came out to our table and enquired more about this. She patiently listened to what our concerns were and prepared the food tactfully.

The meal was delicious and the quantity was more that we were expecting. We got the specials and were certainly not disappointed. The server was full of energy and the over all atmosphere was very homey.

If you want to try authentic Italian pizza and pasta, this is the place for you.
Mr.Sufiyan seems like a very jolly and social person, who kept a professional and yet a lively mood.

Since my first time here three weeks ago, I’ve come weekly for breakfast. I’ve had La Spaccata Sorrento pannino twice and the gratinata bianca- both delicious, both filling. The service is prompt.

What keeps me coming though is… the entirety of it, including the (mostly) Italian music they play and the retail goods all around. Really , for me, it’s how they understand the draw Italy has on a visitor like me and their invitation to perhaps experience a fleeting moment of the same magic at their eatery.

Having the Venchi chocolate display at the entrance is a definite hook! Oh, and when the weather permits, eat outside and perhaps you’ll have the pleasure of the company of the delightful bulbul birds. Take some bread and dessert with you back home too- excellent sourdough bread and variety of pastries.

It is like OMG experience ,you will enjoy everything since you enter the place ,you feel like everything is italian , they have a market in the beginning of the place and then the resturant which is huge place
The menu is unbelievable ????the most important is doing this menu i a perfect way and they are doing this in a perfect way
Everything is perfect and delicious
Patatina tonda is wooow
Rigatoni all’arrabbiata is perfect
Agnolotti d’agnello is yummy
Margherita doppia pizza is a mouth watering
Staff are very professional and helpful
Overall it is amazing experience you will have

Food is superbly delicious! We tried the ravioli pasta, super good ???? a must try pasta ???? the staff (Segi & Marvin) is very friendly and approachable! Will definitely ???? comeback

I almost never write restaurant reviews, but this one I’m happy to write. Great destination for Italian food lovers. Loved the coffee and their Fritto Di Calamari. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They have great knowledge about the cuisines and are well-mannered.
Thanks Joby for your service and your recommendation about the dishes. Throughout his service he had smile on his face. You are an exceptional person hope to meet you next time also.

Fantastic experience dining at Eataly. Atul gave us some great recommendations but the Budino dessert topped it all. Thanks Atul! Highly recommended!
