Bad customer care from this shop on the evening 16th/11/22.those ladies are selective on who they welcome and attend to in shops.every person is a potential buyer u don't decide to ignore pple coz of their look or dress code.i decided to go to Ecco MCC..very nice and caring gentleman there...

Have good shoes suited for people with flat foot issues. Quite pricey.
Staff were not really interested in customer service they were chit chatting amongst themselves. Once or twice tried to get their attention they ignored me. Would have left the place given a choice.
Once they found that I'm a genuine customer they helped with the shoes and pre ordering a model which I wanted.
Mixed experience overall
