Thanks twice before you buy an expensive pair from them.
Staff is unfriendly and unreasonable.
Sold me a shoe but they don't have a revival cream for it in any of their stores in uae. Now I can't use them because the colour obviously is feeding and they don't have the coffee color revival cream to revive it.

The quality might be not always good but staff is very helpful and patient. I bought 1 per of shoes and next day I found defect on one shoe. I came back , the salesman exchange it for new pet immediately with apologies

I have very bad experiences I want to share with mall of Emirates branch My husband bought me boots 700 aed when I tried it I do not like it before 24 hours I want to shop to return it and here story started one of the staff here name Sara informed me that system in store just change now so they can’t do refund or exchange I told her but this is my right and it is mentioned in receipt as well she told me in rude unrespect way and hat this is my problem and I have to go other branch to solve it ( while I bought it from here !!!!) I asked her to speak nicely then her manager Sabin came which he is worst then the employees that his voice so hight and use his hand when he talk !!!!!!
I do not surprise if the manager like that how the employees will be !!!!!
I am Swedish and all my shoes or most of them Ecco but not never face such situations or rude in respect staff like that if the service like that how people want to shop!!!
I did not ask for sth only return ir exchange item within less 24 hours !!!
Totally chocked disappointed and annoyed!!!!
for summarizing the experience the staff so rude and respect the customer and no experience or sense how to deal with customers or human !!!!!
This massage I will share it with all public media channels to avoid such people to deal and for the management for such brand to know what kind of the employees that they have

Here you can find the worst customer service ever. After selling you their item, if you want to exchange or refund, It’s impossible. They will ignore your calls and your messages. They will send you fake brand policy with some hidden rules and it isn’t written on the website. I totally don’t recommend it at all.

Wonderful experience with Ecco at the mall of the Emirates branch..met a staff name Michael good knowledge about shoes gave me in depth information about the shoe I was looking for my self. Wondefrul and best customer service ???? from him... incase you want to buy a shoe at ECCO mall of the Emirates please do ask for Michael you will not regret buying a shoe from him. Thank you Michael for this wonderful experience.
