This is probably the worst property management company in the region. They will bring any community’s value down as they are doing with motor city due to a terrible management. They have zero transparency on budgeting allocation, lack of customer service (if they even reply) I would give them zero starts if it was possible.

Edacom has the worst communication setup with every single email unopenable or with unsafe content. Their service charge is too high and there is no explanation for anything, no plan no tracking. The public facilities are unusable and pets roam around unaccompanied at all times.

There is a gaping hole with water leaking from it in our buildings hallways, black mold too. The answer to the issue was and still is a bucket that they empty once in a while. Been like this for about 6 months now, can only imagine structural damage that water leak is causing.

For each complaint I hear ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM.
Technicians come every time without any tools.
For blocked pipe complaint they brought a ladder.

If I could put minus in this rating… 1-star is too much for them

I can not get any service from Edacom. I have pending requests for months and nobody answers. They have an automated email robot answers, but nobody cares about the real issue there.

Unbelievably unprofessional in every sense. No one cares about anything over there! I don’t know why this company is still operating. Honestly it’s a disgrace to call it a UAE based company where everything in the UAE is up to a certain high standard

Edacom breach into my space and took my things away and not giving it back. It is stealing and they don’t even care. I need my bikes back to my own parking.

I'm not sure if there is any company I'm Dubai worse than these guys. You don't shout - you don't get service.

Today I learned from my call that "my call is very important for them", but nobody answered me. Thanks God it's about car parking door locked. If I lost key, I would have to wait for them by community rules. I would have to sleep outside of the flat.

Not sure why Motor City still pay to them.
