I came to Egolf Megastore in al Quoz with a broken shaft on my pitching wedge. Unfortunately the shaft, which is a special steel shaft that weighs 75 g is not in stock and had to be ordered with a 6-weeks delivery time. Craig McFadden provided an interim solution by extending the shaft, which I can use in the meantime. Not only Craig came up with a clever solution but he did not charge me for the repair. I strongly recommend Egolf Megastore. The personnel are resourceful and know their business quite well, which is not always the case in this part of the region.

Absolutely love these guys. They are great, and extremely helpful. I live in Qatar, so I am in touch with their online department more than anything. Johann from the Online Department helped me find a discontinued driver head. This driver head was then given to Andrew the Sales Executive from the Abu Dhabi branch who helped me pick a custom shaft and grip and assemble the driver. He took great care with packaging the order and sending it over. Great experience.

Had a new iron fitting with Kyle,at the Al Quoz store, he listens to what you need and what looking for and delivers it , that simple. The whole experience was 1st class from start to finish, never felt rushed even though the shop was getting busy . Explained all the data that gets developed in a simple to understand format , explores best options for you to get the best out of your new clubs .????????????. If your considering new clubs get to e- golf and book with them you won’t go far wrong . ????️

Genuinely the nicest, most helpful staff - I needed help ordering a birthday present urgently and Ferdinand sent me pictures of stock and made buying quickly and over the phone super, super easy! He was so kind and really helpful, will come back here every single time I need to buy golf bits for my husband!

I recently had a great experience of shopping with eGolf, mainly cause of the great customer service provided by their pro Ferdinand. Very switched on, true professional with a great golfing mind set, advising me what would be best to improve my game.
I would strongly recommend the whole management of eGolf megastore to incentivize this chap(Ferdinand). Hats off to the company also for hiring such great people.
So for all of the future customers, I would strongly recommend to approach Ferdinand and experience a great professional customer service.

I’ve had many club fittings over the years but I can honestly say nothing has compared to Ferdi at E golf. He is one of the best and his knowledge is the highest level. Customer service it doesn’t get better and there will no one else I will go to for fittings and to top it off he’s a great guy as well. Thanks for all your help Ferdi ????️u200d♂️

I was here twice in the last 2 months. The first time I went there, they refused to sell me anything. The fitter, Luke, said and I quote, “nothing I sell you here will fix your banana ball. Best to get classes.” In hindsight it turned out to be right. Though a little blunt. ????

The second time around was a completely different experience. We talked shafts, CPM numbers, weights, lie angles, and the whole jargon. I went in assuming that a particular shaft would work for me and walked out with something that actually was a polar opposite but worked exceptionally well.

Luke was great. EGolf has a wide range and you will feel like you have tried it all when you have a decision to make.

It is everything golf I need in Dubai. The staffs are super nice, helpful and knowledgeable about golf. I recently moved to Dubai without my usual 2 wedges. Got 52 & 56 today.
