He explained the reason why there was delay which I'd not a normal practice there.
I told him that it ment to me.

My experience:
Ejari Section, very slow in providing service.
Waiting time was very long.
Officers were available in 4 desk but only 2 of them received customers while many people were waiting at the same time.
Will not visit here again.
