The receptionist is too rude , people seems that they dnt want to work

The sevice for ejari at on time so slow, no qeue system, you need to set and inform any body coming that you have a turn and you are before him. The transaction takes more than 15 minutes. But the staff are very helpful.
Parking always available paid up parking, the location is very good

The first time I went here I had to spent 5 hours to get a token for Visa application. They said the reason was due to system down.
The second time I went, I didn’t had to wait wait much. Everything was smooth and staff was friendly.

There is a repeat scanning required for the documents, staff require to be equipped with tools , training and authority to give a one time solution to the client. To prevent client visiting multiple times the center. Also price list for each service to be published and displayed. Now now not sure how much will be charged for the services provided

An annual and routine visit to register the Commercial tenancy contract sounds anything but fun. However, stepping into the Tasheel office has a feel of serenity in itself. Courteous staff and always stepping forward to assist, they spoil you with Arabic Cardamom Coffee and dates while you wait for the formality to be completed. A pleasure.

The gentleman who helped me process my ejari was efficient, helpful and very patient with me. He was also fast in processing my ejari. I'm very grateful.

It is really a great pleasure to be with such Commitment, Professionalism, Productivity, Quality of Work, Customer Focus, Customer Satisfaction team especially Ms. Halima Belabes was so kind that she completed the Ejari process even though her work timings were over... she completely understood that we had reached their after our office timings and she was so helpful.. Incase if you visit their you have ask for Ms. Halima Belabes for any further assistant.
