Tried needs updating.
Meals lukewarm. Premier chalet need updated very poor. Cracks in wall. Look very tried and run down. Everything Is buffet so have to meals yourself. Not really anywhere to seat together if big group . Only good thing was the take that tribute in Saturday night.

Room was modern. Had a small fridge in it. Lovely large walk in shower in bathroom. Food was good. People very friendly. Grounds Kept nice with plenty of flowers.

Stayed Fri to Mon in April. Check in easy with trolleys available for luggage. Chalets a little dated on the outside but very comfortable, nice bathroom with shower and bath. The room was spotlessly clean and had a good sized wardrobe and dressing table with additional storage. The grounds were immaculate and we're festooned with spring flowers.
Food was buffet style with lots of choice and was good quality. Restaurant staff extremely efficient and our waiter for the weekend, Ryan, went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed.
Entertainment was the usual high Warner's high standard featuring The Hollies story on Saturday.
Plenty to do in the daytime with, pool, gym and games hall with snooker, pool table badminton, carpet bowls, darts etc.
Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Recommend Gunton Hall, very friendly staff. Good choice at meal times mainly buffet style with a different theme each night i.e. Indian, Chinese, British. Lovely Courtney was our table waitress. Entertainment was good each night, something for everyone. We enjoyed the quizzes and dance lessons. Our Lodge overlooked the lake and wooded area.

The basic rooms are ok for a short period. A little cramped tho. It’s worth upgrading. The staff in particular in the restaurant are amazingly helpful. The man who makes pancakes and omelettes is a sight to behold. It’s like a well rehearsed orchestra.

Food choices were good, although bland selection of breakfast cereal.

I’d go again if it were not for the extortionate eye watering drink prices

Hotel and grounds outstanding, great position, food amazing, prepare to put on weight and the entertainment was amazing unfortunately massively let down by not being able to go to the bar as its waitress service only, only trouble was the three nights we were there they rarely served us, I got fed up and went to the bar myself only to be told we will send someone over but never showed, first two nights one drink in 3 hours second night we ordered 2 as we knew they wouldn't come back. So if you are teetotal it will be an amazing experience.

My first time at a Warner hotel and it was excellent....quality of facilities, standard of food, helpfulness of staff. Very good entertainment too. I loved it

Really lovely place to go and relax. Beautiful surroundings, great little chalet that had been newly refurbished. The food and choices were amazing and delicious. Staff were friendly and accommodating and there was plenty to do. We did archery, pool and went for a swim, free of charge. Paid for a history of gin tour which was well worth it. Definitely going to book to go again.
