Ordered the food and it was at my door in 13 minutes I live around 8/10 minutes away from the red house which says they’ve cooked my food in 5 minutes or so, packed it and got it to my house all In that time. The chips looked and tasted like they’d been sat a week the chicken was so hard it was like eating rubber! They basically just warming food up and shipping it out! Very poor, I’ll never order from this place again.

I do not recommend ordering from this place, I have placed an order for a simple meal and it has been over two hours. I have tried calling them several times but no response. They have promised to deliver my order within a short amount of time but have not succeeded to do their job. Please and i repeat do not order from this place.

What a disappointment.. They are boasting 4.6 stars review on their website, not sure where are they from and there is no way to actually leave a review there anyway. Noodles taste like instant noodles, too soft and overcooked. Dough around the chicken tastes odd, sweet and sour is just sweet with way too much starch. Everything is too oily as well, price is quite high in comparison to what you get. Well, it was an evening to try something new, tried it, one of the worst Chinese so far.

Ordered here for years. Had the odd time where it’s not seemed very fresh seems like it was reheated. But the majority of times it’s lovely

Big portions with a satisfactory amount of protein :). The only thing that I didn't like is the saltiness - it was way too much.

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing from the menu. I contacted red House who immediately sent us the correct item and even sped up the delivery to make sure the rest of our food didn't get cold. Brilliant service and lovely food.

Avoid at all costs!
Our order was £47.00!!!!
The pancakes were wet so had all broken yet hard on the outside, the duck was cold. The sauce for the duck was water and vinegar mixed with a bit of hoisin.
The special fried rice comes full of mushrooms, something I hate, not in the description. Sweet and sour sauce also full of vinegar and water. Chow mein was fine.
Chips were the worst item. Definitely re heated. When ringing up the lady basically confirmed what I’ve said above. It’s the first ever take away I’ve thrown in the bin. Disappointed they didn’t offer a refund is an understatement. I rang in the hope they sorted something so I didn’t write this.

Also I’ve seen reviews on here saying you get a notification to say they are on the way. You don’t as you can see my screenshot hadn’t confirmed it had left and it’s here.

They must be doing there own reviews, horrendous!
