Exceptional service. Courteous staff. Deliver to their promise, both in terms of the services and the timelines. The end to end service was seamless and the customer experience is exemplary. I am truly impressed by the way communication and sharing of of information/documents were managed throughout the process. A note of thanks to Farhina and Rizwan for taking care of the residence application for my wife and child. Highly recommended! I know I opted for the basic service , but I felt like a premium customer- so I can only imagine the level of service available should you need to process your request on an urgent basis using the premium service.
Congratulations on yet another extremely satisfied client !

We found Elegant Services and especially managers Fathima and Farhin to be very professional, efficient and cordial. The managers provided us with a great support at all stages of the registration process. And, as a result, we have successfully registered and imported our products to the UAE. We really enjoyed working with them. Definitely will continue to work with Elegant Services for all the future registrations.

Nice place to visit for an hour or so. Interesting to see the lock and the wear. If the Vikings ever return to York to do some raiding, they will have to work out how to use the lock system with their long boats...

A lovely walk round Naburn Lock. Plenty of information to find out about its history. There’s a few wooden carvings to learn about the local surroundings. Do pop across the road to Tea by the Lock for a coffee and cake. Dog friendly and free to walk around. The buildings were closed when we were there (Sunday).

We'll kept moorings 48hr. Tea rooms on site. All boaters facilities, a credit to the resident lock keeper.

Great little place for quiet walk. Access to the lock and riverside walks. Small carpark.
