I had an amazing experience staying for approximately 10 days at the Element. The checkin process was made extremely easy from Ansari and Raza (both genuinely there to help in anything). Raza is the manager there and is very kind and assists in anything you may need.

The room was really really clean and equipped with a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. Also, the water is free at this hotel. You will get refills of bottled water during room service.

There’s a beautiful pool on the rooftop and a gym on the very top floor which has a beautiful view of the city. Water is available for you at the fridge in the gym.

Overall, I was very satisfied and happy with my first experience in Dubai at this hotel. Everyone at the hotel made you feel like at home and had great hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Also, there’s an attached parking deck to the hotel which is super convenient.

Highly recommend it!!!

It’s such a clean and neat place! The rooms are small but have all you need. The beds are comfortable, staff i super helpful!
Great great value for money!

I can't express my satisfaction
This is my first time staying in a hotel that is not 5-star or with high standards and brand, as I was looking for a specific location near the FIFA center and I wanted to stay for one month in a serviced apartment. I rented Apartment and studio the space is identical for us , equipped in everything you need , bed are very comfortable , maintenance engineer ready to fix any thing ,amazing housekeeping staff, friendly reception, helpful sales mgr, and high standard security personel , all are excellent. The only area for improvement is the restaurant area during breakfast, resturant staff, and backup chief need improvement . Also need Netflex ????

I am absolutely delighted! There is the most polite and helpful staff, who is always smiling! Seriously, I've never seen such a close-knit and attentive team! The hotel also has a pleasant interior design and good electronics. Delicious breakfasts (Please have more potatoes for breakfast))) In general, I recommend!

GOOD NIGHTMARE

The hotel itself is pretty nice and neat.
However, the staff and managers from the reservation and sales are not very service minded. They only care about how they can use a guest to make a best profit for the hotel.
I was negotiating with them about a long term stay but they just terminate the contract while they were telling me to consider and check my requests for the room. It was not acceptable and unreasonable.
Watch out! the rate is going up and up so they can purposely delay the contract so they can take all your money out from your pocket as much as they can.
DISCRIMINATION!
