I want to commend Ms.Renee of Elemis Mirdif... for she's sooo amazing ???? very warm and pleasant, she explains each every product thoroughly and handle the customer with care and elegance... Elemis is so lucky to have her...she's a pride to the company. I want to share my good experience in the store handled by Ms. RENEÉ and i really love the products especially the DYNAMIC SUPER -C SERUM aswell as the Resurfacing pads. More power to Elemis... HIGHLY RECOMMEND ????????????

Very disappointing, I was given a voucher and when I came to use it I was told the voucher was only valid for 1 week. I was given the voucher as a birthday present from my class. Not a happy client and will not be coming back.

Today i went in just for a browse I ended up purchasing 5 lush products! I was served by Ashlee who was so wonderful, very knowledgeable friendly and took time to show me everything. My experience at lush lakeside is always a pleasant one however today’s experience was one of the best. I felt like a little kid again and didn’t feel any sales pressure. Thank you for a wonderful experience as always, i will be back again soon x

Had a great experience with Amy today @ lakeside lush I had been in the shop a good ten minutes while a guy with long hair and another assistant were having a private joke between themselves so much so they couldn’t serve anyone ! Amy finished with her customer and came right over & helped me with the product I was looking for she also gave me a small tester pot of another product I wasn’t sure about, gave lots of helpful advice without being pushy, a great asset to the store ⭐️

I have had a Lush voucher for quite some time but have always found the stores too overwhelming to pick out anything! When I came into Lakeside Lush yesterday I was greeted by Amelia, I explained to her my situation and she showed me around the different sections of the store. She was very patient with me (I can be quite indecisive!) and answered all of my questions, she was knowledgeable about all of the products and could give me recommendations. It was a pleasant visit, Amelia was so friendly and helpful!

Today I was helped out by a wonderful lady called Nav, she was so knowledgeable about the hair products I was looking at and she really listened to the hair concerns I had. It was a really lovely experience, cannot compliment her enough.

I ended up leaving with 2 shampoo bars and a conditioner to help bring back my naturally curly texture as well as a small sample of another product I was unsure about. Lots of love for the team at this branch.

I came in hunting for a new shampoo bar to use as mine is almost all gone, after a few minutes of looking confused I was approached by I lovely lady who was so full of knowledge and helped me pick out the perfect bar! She also helped me pick out a treatment that compliments the shampoo and explained the ways I could use it to its full potential!

I went away very happy and got exactly what I needed and more! Thank you so much Lauren Brown, you are an asset to Lush and will be the very reason I come back for more when I run out! ????

Tia @ Lakeside was a really helpful member of staff! She came and offered her assistance a few moments after walking into the shop. Initially I was browsing but then had a question. I popped over to Tia who guided me to exactly what I was after, even providing a short explanation on how best to use it! Keep up the great customer service Tia!

One of the (many) reasons that I love Lush is that no matter which store you go to, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Lakeside was no exception yesterday. My daughter and I were met at the door by the lovely Nav who was clearly excited and passionate to show us some of the products they had in stock; it was like shopping with an old friend! As a seasoned Lush shopper, I knew exactly what I wanted, but Nav introduced me to some products I hadn't tried before, so in the basket they went. We left with a big bag of gorgeous smelling items and and smile on our faces at the excellent customer service we received. Well done, Lush, whatever you're doing to keep your staff so happy, keep doing it because it rubs off on your customers!

Nav was amazing! She helped me with my problem skin and was so kind. She showed me all of the product with no pressure to buy and she also gave me a sample! So helpful! Thank you Nav ❤️
