The apartments are good but the building maintenance has changed recently and it’s been horrible. It’s a lot of hassle and expensive to get any Mainternance work done and they don’t let outside repair guys to visit without security giving them a tough time even if it’s just to change your lights.

Pls do not rent at any elite.. building's.

The service is very bad management team
Are not there , no body listening to our complaints, complete ignorance ......
I wish I know where is the headoffice for this company
They asking for any emergency call the security and they are helpless, the water supply in my flat is very poor they are telling we are close !!!!!!
Will go to social media ..
Pls do not rent in any of elites bu , there is no service at all .......

If you took the pedestrian walk under your property, why aren’t you taking care of it? Why do I have to get poked every single time I walk by? Please trim the trees!!! Or should we endanger ourselves by walking on the street and be worried of getting hit by a car?!

Quiet nice area, affordable but be ready for fire alarms to wake you up every morning or night, 3AM, 4 AM, 6AM or any other time. Fire alarm Happen for a short period but still shocks me every time i am sleepingI reported several times but no solution seems to be taken yet.

The building management is very bad.

Someone stole my water bottle that nestle puts on ur door. When i contacted the management they said we don’t review cameras for things like that.

The management of the building are unreachable u can only emails them and they don’t respond.
