thank you again for your hospitality. Everything was perfect, congratulations on the high level of service you have achieved. Rooms, staff, cleanliness, comfort, facilities, smiles, attitude, everything that a person could dream of when staying in a hotel is available at your place. I highly recommend everyone to try the Elite Byblos comfort, and I'm sure they will appreciate it. In any case, next time I'll be with you again. My rating is - EXCELLENT for everything. You really deserve 5+ stars.

We really liked the location of the hotel which is perfectly located between Marina and Downtown Dubai, and very close to the Mall of the Emirates.
The Hotel Staff is very friendly, and the rooms are big, look nice and have really comfortable beds.
The breakfast is tasty, however there could be more variety instead of just switching between fried rice and asian noodles between one and the other day.
The hotel has a small but nice pool, perfectly made for sunbathing or a drink at the close by bar.
The restaurant Bezerkan is really tasty and not expensive.
Point of improvement would be the houskeeping, which was sometimes taking too long to bring new towels when requested at the reception.
Another point is, that the hotel should be renovated. Some spots seem to have had better days, the mirror in the room as stains and spots and at somepoints the wall is loosing paint or is just dirty.
Our room was also noisy. We were located at the highest floor but facing the main street and the local mosque. For us (as Muslims) totally okey if Morning prayer comes every morning at 4-5 Am, but others might be disturbed. A window sound isolation would bring the solution.
Overall a really cheap 5 star⭐️ hotel, which gets 4 stars from my side, since there is room for improvement.
We really enjoyed our stay and we will come back!
