I rented out a two bedroom for a month and it was fantastic. never have I had such a great experience dealing with an agency who were very responsive and supported me in my requests. The aparment itself was very well maintained, very clean and located directly next to the metro which was a big plus. The best of all is that all their check-in process is hassle free and all important instructions provided in time. I will definitely be booking again.

My husband and I stayed in one of their properties which was brand new, I think we were the first to stay there. It was beautifully furnsihed, a mix of luxurious with a resort style as the community itself felt as if we were in a resort.

We had direct access to the pool and gym by just exiting out from the balcony which was a major plus, and we aslo had access to a games room that had a pool table, ping pong table, darts and foosball, filled with entertaining games.

The company representative that took care of us during our stay was always responsive and helped us around Dubai. We had some additional requests that they were more than happy to help and accommodate with. We will definitely be coming back again.

My friend and I stayed in a studio in Dubai Marina which was an excellent location. When I first inquired for my stay, I received prompt and informative replies. I received a confirmation when I made a reservation, and I also received follow-up emails and reminders.

They use self check-in, so there is no stress waiting to meet someone, and check-in was quite simple. It all went without a hitch. Later on during my stay, I experienced an issue with the AC in the room, the maintenance staff resolved it right away. The way they responded and handled the issue was amazingly fast and professional. The studio itself was excellent and cozy, nicely furnished. All the features that are listed in the pictures and description were 100% accurate.

I have rented different short term apartments in Dubai but never experienced such outstanding service and well maintained apartment. The studio in JVC was beautiful furnished and had everything I needed during my stay. The host Amine was very responsive and supportive and will definitely be staying here again.

Overall I would say, spacious property, will good amenities, helpful and quick acting property managers but overall not the standard it should be to start with.

I stayed in one the properties in Dania building at the beginning of August.
The apartment was filthy, the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in such a long time that layers upon layers of grease had formed.

There was grime and hair stuck to the walls in the corridor. I requested deep cleaning which the property manager accepted to complete, as well as fixing a broken air con unit. It seems there is a lot of negligence to making sure a property is ready for new occupants.

They were very quick to resolve the issue and very nice and friendly guys who seemed shocked at the state of the property and were very keen to resolve and offering a partial refund which I was satisfied with.

There is only 1 parking spot regardless of what communication had been had before and security will knock on your door until 10pm at night to move your car which is not good. The property manager only has interest communicating with the person who makes the transfer, so it’s hard to tell where the miscommunication regarding the parking spot happened.

Wouldn’t stay in one of these again for the stress of having to deal with stuff that I wasn’t intending to. Whether that be waiting for the place to be clean or waiting for plates that are ceramic not plastic and lack of communication with the property manager.

Went to Dubai for the first time and was a bit apprehensive bc I chose to stay alone in an Airbnb. I had the best experience ever and will be back. The photo matched the apartment. The faculties were great. Gym was state of the art. The best part was the host Amine. Always quick to answer and respond. Went beyond the call of service and helped me figure things out. Provided me with docs way in advance of my stay. Just very organized and accommodating. I recommend this company. This apt. This host. I will be back in Dubai no doubt.

I came to dubai for a week trip for the first time and stayed with elite lux. The apartment was very clean and I really enjoyed my stay there. Amine was very friendly and also gave great recommendations to places to visit in dubai. Definitely going to go back there for my next trip Highly recommended!!!

We had a great time at one of the apartments. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
10/10 would recommend to everyone
