Met a friend for coffee as was in the area. The latte I ordered was good. Small selection of food on the menu. We weren't approached or welcomed to the venue but service was good when we approached staff. Quiet.

The best cheesecake that I’ve tried in my whole life, very clean place especially the smell of the place is amazing also a good service. Just the juice is not that bad because the water was more. Thanks EllaMia

We booked in SLS for staycation and had hangout in the coffee shop. We enjoyed eating the crossants and cakes with ice latte. Chimmy, the supervisor was so nice to us and very well in assisting us????

Used to love this place.
New manager is very unprofessional.
The quality of the service is suddenly very low, no care in cleaning the table before serving you. No basic products available on the weekend.
Miss management destroy business.

Went for staycation in SLS but I choose to grab my food in Ella Mia. I really appreciate the good service and cheerful assistance of Ms. Chimmy. Thank you and more powers to Ella Mia.
