I rented an apartment in JLT with the help from agency Muhammad Khizar.
He is so friendly and helped me a lot for negotiating with the landlord, goverment, DEWA, Ejari, etc.- they were touch things for a new guy in Dubai like me. Highly recommend using Elysian services
