Terrible experience with ECM. Wanted to sell my real estate in Springs which requires a NOC transfer. They charge you 525 AED and after 4 days they ask me for more documents. After 4 calls and 3 emails, they are coming to me with a NOC missing the name of the joint owner.

Very poor management and hard to communicate and treat tenancy badly.
1). Someone parked in our parking space for 3 weeks, no action was taken from the management office. The management team, especially the manager kept lying to us 3 times in 3 different days said the car had been moved which was not the truth and he could verify this information easily by sending someone or watch the CCTV.
2). The manager said the security kept filling him wrong information, which means the security in this community was not reliable.
3). We would like to make complaints about these lies, but they did not accept any format of compliant.
4). They questioned our tenancy contract with the landlord when we said we would like to make complaints about their lies.
5). Didn't response my email about my request on CCTV video clip regarding on some other security issues.

Cannot imagine how terrible is the staff communication from ECM. Have been trying to deal with one small issue regarding staff pass for my helper for over 2 months now, and every week, I get a new response. Being almost tortured, so much that I am regretting to buy my Villa in Springs.
Worst of all there is no process to manage complaints, no escalation number/ email / contact available. Almost designed to ensure that no one can suggest an area of improvement.

EMAAR community management office in Emirates Hills provides entry pass for all contractors (Manpower/Vehicle) who wish to work inside Emirates Hills, Dubai. Timings-: Saturday to Thursday, 8 Am to 12.30 Pm and from 2 Pm to 3.30 Pm.

Unfortunately they have been completely unhelpful with my issue. Instead of reasonable and straightforward communication, I've had to endure days of phone calls and emails clearly copy/pasted from a template generically citing regulations and policies that I already know of. I can accept that they weren't able to assist me with my query, but wasting my time for weeks without simply and concisely answering a straightforward question is massively frustrating.

This is my second day of trying to call at different (available) timings and absolutely no answer to assist with the portal. Frustrating and causing unnecessary delays. Horrible customer service.

We had the worst experience trying to register our property on the portal (as a tenant). It took us 2 weeks and multiple calls to multiple customer care reps and we only managed to get what we needed because we kept following up with them. Nobody took responsibility for the issue (which they admitted was a glitch in their system), nobody seemed to care about finding a solution, and we weren't phoned back by a Manager when we were told someone would get in touch to help us. We were desperately trying to get maintenance work done and were left without any direction or support. They say that their values are "fast paced", "customer first", and "ownership mentality" but nobody we spoke to (nor the manager who didn't bother to call us) displayed these traits.
