-The transaction can be done online yet you're forced to go there (was literally asked to email them the files and make a card payment)
-Only open during the working week, so you have to go during work hours
-The main road to the center has been closed, yet there are no signs to inform you to take the different way
-The parking signs (arrows on the road) are wrong, so you're forced to drive the wrong direction to enter the parking
-The exit road has wrong road markings, so to leave the place you're effectively having to violate the law because it's illegal to cross these markings
That said, the employee at the centre was helpful and friendly.
