The worst service at all nowadays..
They will be very nice with you till you buy a property with them and then they will show their real face..
I am really suffering with their slow/negative/ aggressive responses.. especially from customer happiness manager and handover department..
They change the layout badly and destroy my unit , they give me wrong due dates for payment just to collect payment and without any official proof.
They are only hungry for money and never care about customer satisfaction..
Totally disappointed with their after sales service..
I am not recommending Emaar any more..
Don't even think to invest with them..

I wanna share my positive feedback and I wanna appreciate your Dubai mall's security staff????????????????
Today with my friends we were in Dubai mall enjoying a movie in Reel Cinema, when going out we gave some food to a maintenance people I forgot my wallet inside the the food bag,
My Wallet was including my EID , passport credit and debit cards additional to my DR with some cash over 3k,
I have reached your awesome heros ????the security of Dubai mall.
You do have a very professional, well trained and so nice staff.
They treat me well taking care of my issue until they solve it and return my wallet back everything was inside ♥️
I felt they saved my life after a long hard day.
I wanna appreciate Ankit Shrestha who was supporting me during this hr and half while I was waiting my wallet, he is so professional and he deserves internal appreciation please, he deserves to be promoting as well, I felt proud when I saw Transguard logo on his shirt cause I know Transguard are very professional,
Finally my wallet came with Syed Farhan who is the right person at the right place ، they did all the investigation and procedure to save me with my password ID and money.
You are a role model of professional leadership, cause good management and good work environment are coming out with people who love their job and do more than what they have to do.
Thanks a lot for all your staff , they are making a great customer experience making me love Dubai mall, making me love Emaar and smile whenever I see Emaar's logo also they make me love Dubai as a city, cause nothing will be lost in Dubai with this amazing people.
Kindly ensure to have internal appreciation to Syed Farhan and Ankit.

Really disappointing experience with Emaar... unclear communication that had a huge impact on my time, money, efforts, and caused me a lot of stress...I expected more adequate communication from your sales teams... specially after paying my deposit .... going through loan application and wasting my time to realise I can't have the unit cause it's first time you deal with that case !!!...

My friends and I came here for a drink after a meal on Saturday night. I asked for a double gin and tonic. I payed for it and took a sip and there was literally no alcohol in that drink and believe me I know what a double gin and tonic tastes like! I was talking with my friends while I was being served so I didn't see the bar staff pour the drink but there was definitely no alcohol in it and tasted like flat soda water with some ice in. I challenged the lady who served me and literally got no where, she said I'd have to buy another ???? I wonder how many people they do that to thinking it wouldn't be noticed! Another member of the bar staff told me they could check the cctv but it would take half an hour?? I mean it should take seconds right?! Very dubious! I ended up being thrown out and the door staff pored my drink into the gutter in front of me and told me "You need to learn how to handle your ale" when I wasn't even drunk, just annoyed I had been ripped off! I'm sure trading standards will be interested in this story. A word of caution, always watch very closely what you are being served in this place!
