Make fake promises
Executive telling wrong information and in agreement mention different term & conditions.Once you join no one will response you.
I request to all people who has been joining in future or now please dont waste your valuable time and money. They all are fake people's.

Don’t buy membership of emmar hospitality group @ pune branch .excutive cheating with customers provide wrong information. No refund money doing agreement only 100rs stamp paper and manger said its 10k is agreement cost . This company not good we suggest all of you don’t go there ..worst money and time..Excutive and manager making fraud with customers not give proper response.. they can’t understand 10k is not small amount to middle class . Everyone buy lots of hopes but they break all hopes

I am trying to reach someone since 8:00AM until now 1:21PM and no one availabe. I see a nice buildings and clean facilities, but really bad mangment and people never been trained well. I lleft a voice mail and I think they do not even check thier inbox. Just a bubble

They are just looting money from common people with the name of hospitality and club facilities.

The worst service I ever had. Don't trust on the executives and their words. Our money has gone and sharing this feedback because it may help others.

If you go through their website and do some research all places will lead you to book the hotel. But there is not a single hint anywhere where the customer can approach to seek redressal of their problems. Emaar Group and hospitality is an irony.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced - complaint since Dec 4th still unresolved, most incompetent GM handling Atmosphere Burj Khalifa. Also have the worst security at their property 29 Boulevard Downtown Boulevard (transguard security) completely useless and incapable of resolving terrible noise complaints!
