I spoke to Mohit Sharma on the phone and followed up by email.
He did not seem to understand the point I had or want to understand it and seemed to be reading from a book.
I have asked him for a manager to call me back and insists he is a decision maker And that there is no manager .
What type of after sale service is this?

Jessica from the customer service is a helpful and very efficient. Highly recommended for any Noc she can sort it out and expedite the issuance of it. Five star service!

Don't advise buying from them nor even visiting them.

their customers happiness center is actually customers sadness center.

Sad day for U by Emaar customers.....Emaar posts record profits but today reduces U by Emaar customers discounts by 10% across all restaurants and hotels :(
