My visit to Emarat -Karama Petrol Pump was frustrating. The card machine was broken, causing delays in payments. The workers acknowledged the problem and told me to complain, but nothing was done to fix it. Poor service. Can't recommend Emarat -Karama Petrol Pump if you are paying by card otherwise its okay

Experienced a very disrespectful behavior from Staff present yesterday.22 March 2022 ,11 pm
Just asked them to clean the front glass, he told me to wait, he was not looking at me until the car tank was fully refilled, later on when i asked him why didn't you do it, he was going to take the brush, after that i told him not to do. Experienced such a behavior from the gas station for the first time , yes there will be some who destroy the reputation of others

Emirate is one of three companies which i saw in this lovely country uae, first big one is adnoc, and Emarate is the second, and the third one is enoc, so emirate petrol station always contains, shop for rapid shopping and also for food, take away, also there is a mosque for prayers, also car services, washing, change oil, and so on, so you will satisfied in any emirate petrol station, like adnoc or enoc stations, i wish you happy times and safely drive, thank you all

Good place fill fuel and air, you can car wash place all type of wash. With quick wash. Shop also there for eatables , citrate , new salik registration.

Try to avoid it if possible once car enter there is no way around untill it fill up tank
So if you wNt to visit Mart you have to park and then wait for other card to move so you can remove your car

i like service of emarat..because all staff also do respect to coustmer and everything is clear and safe...so i will requeat to people when u want put fuel pls go emarat..
