No customer service at the fuel dispenser. Slow and need to be rectified. I will not recommend this fuel station. In addition, today Dec 30th 2022 I wanted to get my car washed and only 2 staff are there and shouting at a pile of customers waiting for their turn.

50 aed for body wash for xtrail. Which includes outer and interior cleaning . And everything is done by 1 person. If you are charging this much, atleast pit more people to finish the job quickly. Got in by mistake, would never go again.

This rating is based on my visit to the car wash. First of all, it is open 24/7 which is ideal. The people working there were also thorough while cleaning.

Bathrooms are not clean and smell bad all the time, taps are broken and rusty and water is flowing in the way and no soap or hand sanitizer

Chicken Tikka roll almost always stale. Don't encounter this at any other Emarat, it's baffling. Gave it multiple chances over approx 6 months and even tried complaining. Morning rush hour 7:30am is when I pass by, so it's not even odd hours. Disappointing.
