Rating only for their stock of Biologique Recherche products which are not easy to get a hold of. Did not try the spa services.

Almost every time clients have to wait for 10-40 minutes for their appointment. Therapist are mostly fine but the salon should do something with it’s reception for better timing

I have been here on more than one occasion and highly recommend it. The therapist I go to each time (Irina) is extremely professional and very knowledgable when it comes to skin anatomy. The product used is divine!

Dr Yana is fabulous! Knowledgeable and friendly and guided me in what my skin may have benefited from- no pressure at all! I’ll be returning for all my facial needs. Highly recommended

There are way better places to get biologique recherche treatments. The staff are just unprofessional and it’s not worth the money. Get it in one of the hotels offer out. The price difference won’t be much but I’m betting the experience will be WAY better! Truly disappointed

I was born and raised in Australia and our sun is harsh! Then, I moved to Dubai where the environment is equally as harsh. I was encouraged by my Mother to "invest" in regular facials which I have been doing since 1997, but it's taken me over 20 years to stumble upon Biologique Recherche (BR) - the Rolls Royce of skincare administered by Embassy of Beauty, Dubai.

My go to technician is Irina - she has been based in the Middle East for over a decade and is regarded as one of the best BR product and facial specialists in the region. No nonsense, direct and transparent about the state of my skin, she skillfully selected a program of essential skincare that completely transformed my previously pigmented, congested, dull skin into a fresh, clear, smooth and glowy complexion.

Why I love BR so much and taking the time out of my day to write this is simple: it works! I have been searching over 20 years to find a natural, cruelty-free, but technical non-invasive skin treatment, and I am so happy wearing my (almost 40yo) skin now. #nofilterneeded
