Cheap service - probably one of the cheapest out there but trying to contact the agents there is AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Nobody picks up the landline number and the contact from the agent assigned to you via Whats App is sporadic at best.
If you live nowhere near Al Nahda as I do (I live in Sports City) then it's a very painful process dealing with this company and the staff.

Had I known it would be so awkward to deal with them then I would've paid the extra money to deal with someone closer to where I am and more professional.
You get what you pay for

I have the worst experience with them. Still dealing with the situation and asking for a refund of my money. They don't answer the phone when their are called by their client. I have left them a miss call of 29 times with 30mins, but no response from them.Very poor customer service.
And I am ready to take the matter to the highest level of my money is not refunded back to me.
VERY POOR SERVICE.
