I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The ambience was very impressive, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which added to my overall comfort. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff, especially Miss Ganga. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a fantastic experience.

The staff really tried to up the facility but this hotel seriously needs revamping.
Let's start with the rooms, great flooring but dirty. One cannot walk in the room without getting your feet all black.
The bathrooms: leaking and pooling of water everywhere. Half the rooms, the hot water system doesn't work. The bathtubs are broken, doorframe are decaying, grout from the tiles has peeled off.....and I can go on.
Rooms are spacious with balconies which you can't access as the doors are stuck.
Let's go to the breakfast. The chef really tries, however they are stuck to the same menu day in, day out until I literally stopped going for their breakfast. Absolutely lack choice.
At times, if we needed some things fixed or replaced in the rooms, we had to call several times. Reached a point where we stopped asking. Literally, it's down to begging after paying for a service.
Some of the reception staff really helpful whereas others are reluctant and more interested in throwing you around. Guess the concept of hospitality has alluded a few.
I am sure, after my review they will improve. I wish them well

The housekeeping staff Ajith is very efficient and they will maintain your room very well and fulfill all your needs. Staff is usually very courteous and receptive. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

Specially Service by Sharon and Michael was great. They are so kind and well behaved with us. We are often coming to visit Dubai and most of the time I am staying in this hotel with my family, because of good accommodation and good service by hotel staff.

Great affordable accommodation. I stayed here during a quick stop over and got a great deal, I’ve also had other friends stay here too. Great option if you’re on a budget

I recently had a very good experience at Emirates Grand. The staff was truly amazing, and I want to give a special mention to Miss Ganga for her exceptional hospitality. The rooms are spacious and I would love to re-visit here. Location is awesome, made my stay really memorable. Only issue is little slow service. Value for money considering we were staying with an infant.
