It's 5 min by taxi from centre point metro station. The process is very smooth. Make sure you take appointment before visit.

Came here on 9.30 waited in line till 11.40 after getting ticket waiting here its 1.25
When the counter was closed for 20 minutes i asked the reception
They ask me to go stand in the line again
They didn't even hear what i was trying to ask them.
They treat animals like animals
And they ask them muslims
This is the way they treat their families also i think their sister brothers and close relations
I just hate these people they are horrible in customer service
I mean it's the gov. Sector why are soo rude to us? Didn't we pay for our IDs ?

A big shout out to Ms Mona (supervisor), who had the patience to dive deep into my paperwork and try to find out a solution.

Happiness meter in dubai just jumped up with emaratis leading the way in service excellence.

Just a tip to fellow users- never hesitate to ask what the cause of delay is. They will be honest with you if you probe a little, its a Win Win. This supervisor and her colleague (a male supervisor) really went out of their way to get paper work approved.

It's one of the best government offices, with in 10 minutes thay done what I need. I really appreciate the great service what they provide ❤️
